Haven's leaders have spent their careers in South Florida home improvement. Tat Granata spent more than two decades helping build and lead one of Florida's most successful home-improvement companies, serving as Partner and Vice President of Sales through years of growth. Aldo Dellamano spent more than thirty years on the tools — tile setter, finish carpenter, and ultimately a Florida general contractor holding four active state licenses.

Those years taught them exactly what makes a remodeling project go well: skilled crews you know and trust, systems that keep hundreds of projects on schedule, clear communication at every step, and follow-through homeowners can count on. Haven brings all of that forward — and adds the thing they most wanted to build: a genuinely personal experience for every customer.

Haven operates as a brand of Safeguard Impact Windows Doors & Roofing Inc, an established South Florida construction company. Every project runs under proven Florida licenses, experienced crews, and the same permit discipline that built Safeguard Impact's reputation.

Every licensed trade Haven performs runs under Aldo's four Florida DBPR credentials, so your whole project — roofing, plumbing, mechanical, structural — moves on one schedule with one name on the permit and one company standing behind the work. Every project is permitted and inspected; we know the permit offices and inspection schedules from Homestead to Stuart because we work in them every week.

Our projects are built by dedicated, long-tenured crews — tile setters, roofers, plumbers, and finish carpenters who work almost exclusively with Haven and have been with us for years. The team that starts your project is the team that finishes it, and if anything ever needs a second look, the same crew returns. We track our warranty callback rate internally, and it stays under 3%.

Haven carries the top-tier installer credentials for every major material we use — from Miami-Dade Notice of Acceptance (NOA) approved roofing systems to Schluter waterproofing for bathroom remodels. Haven specializes in the licensed, code-heavy parts of home remodeling — work that demands the right permits, NOA-approved materials, and crews who can answer to a Florida inspector. We don't take on scopes that fall outside the four DBPR licenses we hold. Our six verticals:
